Strategy
We owned the growth plan end to end: where to invest, which ranges and markets to push, and how fast to scale spend without putting margin at risk.
We took Asceno from flat year-on-year sales and losing money to doubling sales and turning a profit.

from flat year on year
Profitable
from losing money to making it
Asceno had a loyal following and a beautiful product, but online sales had gone flat year on year and the business was losing money on every push for growth.
The brief was simple: grow, but grow profitably. More spend only made sense if every extra order paid its way.
We ran Asceno's full digital strategy, built around one cost per order model, alongside a redesign of the site, SEO and ongoing advice to the founding team.

We owned the growth plan end to end: where to invest, which ranges and markets to push, and how fast to scale spend without putting margin at risk.
02
A single target cost per order covers all paid media, set from Asceno's own margins and measured against Shopify orders. While orders land inside the target we keep spending, so growth is never capped by a monthly budget.
03
Meta finds new customers. Social starts broad and narrows down, putting Asceno's campaigns in front of people who weren't searching yet.
04
Google captures the demand social creates. Search starts narrow and broadens out, and budget moves to whichever channel brings the total cost per order down.
05
We redesigned the site so the product photography leads, and the path from campaign to checkout is short. Better conversion lowers the cost per order on every channel at once.
06
Technical SEO and search-led content ideas grow organic sales alongside paid. Beyond marketing, we act as a sounding board for the founders on pricing, ranges and planning.

“As a female founder, I've worked with agencies that never really took the time to understand our vision. RN Digital was different. From the first call they listened, got our brand and cared about every detail as much as we do. It feels like an extension of our own studio, and the work is something we're proud to put our name to.”
